ARGENTINA - MENDOZA Wine tour / Tour de vinho

ENGLISH - According to the book "History of the World in 6 Glasses" by Tom Standage, archaeological evidences suggest wine was produced for the first time between 9.000 and 4.000 BC in the region where today is the south of Armenia and the north of Iran. Years later wine arrived in Grece, then in the Roman Empire and from there vineyards were spreading in different Europe regions. Today the wine atlas includes the 5 continents.

This connection between history and culture is what makes a wine destination an interesting experience. In Mendoza each traveler needs to think carefully how much time would be necessary for this visit . One day is not enought. The idea is to go from one vineyard to another enjoying the impressive landscape and tasting a special selection of wine labels. If possible, have lunch at the vineyards while looking to the fantastic Andes Mountains view.
