ENGLISH - You may not know that but while you are waking up, reading your newspaper, eating a piece of bread with butter, croissant or cornetto, some fruits with yogurt and drinking a morning's coffee, somewhere in America they are eating a less traditional breakfast.

One of the most known first meals in the US is called Chicken and Waffles which is basically fried chicken and waffle pairing served with butter and syrup. It comes from the American soul food tradition and it is largely appreciated in the country.
