ENGLISH - I never met anyone who didn't enjoy to spend some time in California. Before we go we had a lot of tips, a lot of nice memories from different people that travelled through California before and a bunch of recommendations and yes - it was fantastic as it should be. It is hard now to choose what would be the best experience we had or the best place for us to mention here as the best advisor for a traveller going to California, so we decide to show it all or at least almost everything...

For this first moment, I would say something very special for us was the Napa and Sonoma Valley. As a romantic couple and wine lovers we have been exploring wineries around the world. For me it was the first time I visited a vineyard in summer time. It was hard to make a decision because it is all so unique and a lot of beautiful wineries but our option was to have the wine tour offered by the famous Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley. Why? Because this was the guy who had this idea to produce wine with a "french quality" in the north of California and it worked just fine! The region is fantastic - but the wines, well, I am so sorry but europeans are still my favorite ones... Anyway, we had a great time visiting the winery, tasting local flavors and relaxing.

Para este primeiro momento, eu diria que algo muito especial pra gente foi o Vale do Napa e do Sonoma. Como um casal romântico e adoradores de vinhos nós temos explorado vinícolas pelo mundo. Para mim foi a primeira vez que visitei vinhedos no verão. Foi difícil fazer uma escolha pois é tudo tão único e são tantas vinículas lindas mas nossa opção foi o tour do vinho da famosa vinícola Robert Mondavi no Napa Valley. Porque? Porque foi este cara que teve a ideia de produzir vinhos com a "qualidade francesa" no norte da Califórnia e deu certo! A região é fantástica - mas os vinhos, bem, sinto muito, mas os europeus ainda são os meus favoritos... De qualquer forma, nós curtimos muito a visita a vinícola, provamos sabores locais e relaxamos.
